These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and the operator of the a6win platform (hereinafter referred to as "a6win", "we", "us" or "the Operator"). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;
